Self Challenging

Last year i should say its not my year. I quit my job, self internal break-down and experiencing several situation that it does not on a pleasant to remember; i have spoke about this with my friends and coincidently she is taurus zodiac same like me and we share same thought...... 2011 is not our year. 

When i think about it, yes it does give me hassle and problem however i do believe things happen with a reason and all those reason will bring benefits to myself and better situation in the future.  

These few days as well, i always have a wise quote and some direction that i have thought that mainly meant to me. God is fair and know what he is doing. 

I am glad that he always give me direction. Alhamdulillah. 

Valentines Day

Facts says that Valentines Day has been created to remember St Valentines long time ago. Long after that, I'm not sure how the St. Valentines Remembered Day has become the Love Day that been cherish all around the world who think that these days are special for all.

Recently, Malaysian religious department have come out with the fatwa said that Valentines Day should not been celebrate by Muslim because its against the Islamic law.

These year, i have the opportunity to observed the Valentines Day in Jakarta where fact claimed that Indonesia has the most population of the Muslim in the world. Well, as far that i knew, Indonesia has always practice the secularism in their way of life since if am not mistaken Soekarno era.

I actually went around the Plaza Indonesia and its neighbor mall Grand Indonesia and i can see that florist shop has displayed and arrange more than usual numbers of bouquet of flower and people are queuing to buy and not to forget some bouquet delivery to the lucky person.

We actually planned to have dinner at several nice restaurant and to be surprised that its all fully booked. We actually try our luck with waiting list and it more shocking news telling that the waiting list is piling up to the longer waiting time.

In fact my SO saw a cashier tied a pink ribbon along their jilbab as to create the ambiance of the Valentines Day and attract the customer to purchase their goods and upscale the profit from the Valentines Day fever.

I don't know how to analyze; it is weird and makes me wonder as well with these scenario. But what i can say is, Valentines Day is a special Day for the couple (although other days also can be as special as Valentines Day) and i just cherish the moment of the Special Day.

To make me change the way of my religious believes? i affirmatively know my Believe and path. I put myself as liberal where i adapt the other customs, culture, religion cause that make it unique and i could understand more why Allah Al-Mighty has create lots of religion in these world.

Different and Changing

Its been a while i don't blog, simply because i don't know what to write. When i opened my page, and try to figure what to say..... it turn out blank.

But, i believe i could share one little things that i guess its a bout time for me to do that. That is shift to the New of me. Look back from my previous days, i guess i have accidentally turn to someone that make me not proud of.

To change or shift is not an easy things. It took a good strength, courage and strong will to make sure that the shift is happen. Or else it will turn up to be the same "New Year Resolution Dream" that at the end of the year, still not be achieved; worst part is we are still at the same of what we have before.

So far, the progress is still on. I have decided to keep it to myself and keep track on the progress. I evaluate myself and make sure i will not do the same stupidity that i have done previously.

I believe i shall stop for moment on sharing what is the progress has went through and i will share in these blog more in the short while. Owh yes, i notice one wise quote and i have been using these for the pass 4 years and still it valid with my way that is

Post Pass away to family member

Sometimes, we tend to neglect someone that we love and we start to realised the loss when that person is no longer in this world or leave for break up or transfer to other place. This is happen to me and someone that is very closed with me.

Dont want that to be happened to me again and i keep remind my friends and my family how important that other person that is very close to you no matter how annoying they are when they are just beside you. Be kind and create no enemy. Always cherish the moment no matter how short or long that moment is on.

Wanna be.

Cant you just be yourself? Have your own identity and make the social community livelier?

Today i had lunch at my University Food Hall. Which is that is the common place i went after the morning class finished. Food hall is at the upper floor from our classroom and normally i can actually have a good guess on what food that they served before i arrive at the buffet counter. Some of the caterer i find it ok and some are good. But this week maybe our luck is not as good as previous one.

Today the Menu is Chicken Rice.

I don't mind with any food that they served but what really make me disappointed BIG time is the "Wanna be". They are trying so hard to make their Chicken Rice as a Chinese style but unfortunately it turns out....How should i say this....... ermmmmm

- Tasteless

-awful

- killing me every time i try to swallow the rice.

- Bad experience with "wanna be" issues.

This is what really happen in Malaysian Culinary. They are try very hard to make their food taste so good but they are forget that the basic element of the food itself. I don't mind if they wanna moderate and make it more creative but........ basic element has to be included.

One of the reason i kind of hesitate to join the culinary industry is because if this.

From all the conversation that i have gained and created. I certainly remember some of it. Here it goes:

1. We are certainly came from different industries, however in a group, we have common view and interest. That makes us bind and cherish.
2. Dont be a straw where you suck all the thing. Be a spoon or chopstick where we choose the best for our food.

Last night kind of lazy and im just so happened to be couch potato in front of tv watching " How i meet your mother". I dont know what happened but the older i am ( err i mean not so young anymore) the more alert i can be on wordings. Last night one of the quote came out saying something like this : -

" You cant go back to the pass cause it just a mistake but future is something that you need to look on"

I have to agreed with these words. Its really meaningful and it does related to me indeed. I always take note even put it in my facebook. As a reminder to me. Blog also one if it. I believe that is me and its me who cherish myself cause you yourselves know about you. Yes i do have my other half, basically we always support each other but no one change change you except yourselves.

Morning Ride....

Morning ride to work is something that really can be interesting. As usual with No mood to work, i drive my car as using Jalan Ampang as famous as it is traffic Jam. What i notice for todays ride to work is :

1. Can see couple have a good conversation and moment in the car while waiting to get move.
2. A girl / woman applied make up in her car and fixed their hair and tudung.
3. Man tied up their tie.
4. They eat biscuits
5. Play drum stick with earphone stick on ears
6. Play Handphone and talk in phone
7. See police traffic wear tight uniform with big tummy ( hummm why la Malaysian Police doesn't look fit and active)
8. Someone picking up their nose.

What a Day.

Guys,

what will you do when you see handicap people, old people that sleep at the corner of the street, or mentally disorder people. Will you help them........?

Near to my office, ade there's one old fella. He always sleep under the skybridge stairs and so kesian....... i wish i could help him and give him shelter. But i cant because i also dun have the guts to do that. But then still i will help him if i could. any help that i can offer. Like give money, food, drink and anything so that he is ok.

Look at him, he seems ok, he sleep so peaceful although the road busy and noisy. Not to say im glad with him but then look at him, he seems so peaceful. He dont event look so stress, hurry or anything. I wish i can have that state of mind. No stress, not thinking of anything and be happy all the time.

Some people are just think bout themselves je kan...... dia tak fikir ke yang ade orang lain yang hidup dalam dunia nie. Dia tak fikir ke yang orang lain juga ade buah fikiran yang berbeza-beza. Each of us has our own uniqueness and way of thought.

Last few days i did post some status saying about cant wait for my holiday..... dengan selamba this person said pergi holiday tu ade orang sponsor ker? Dalam FB statement nie di mentioned.

Today i had meeting with my VP and he said there's different between talk business and do business. When i heard that word, straight i connact it with talk kok.

3 THINGS I WILL DO TO SAVE WATER

1. I will stop using the house water and go to the nearest neighbour and shower there....( eh cannot ker)

2. I will used the same shirt, undies and pants for a month and rotate it as long i can wear. If cannot tahan, i will spray it as much parfume to avoid smelly odor.

3. I will fill my water bottle with filtered water from my taps instead of buying bottled water! ( i already practise this since i was kid...mom is a brilliant lady)

Harsh word

Yesterday i had 2 conversation where from the beginning it was meant for fun and joy. Unfortunately it has turn to the serious matter and harsh statement pop out cause mix reaction to them. As a result cause of that

1. Some of my friend take it as a part of joke and conversation and take noted on this.

2. Some take it seriously and delete me from the list.

3. Others don't take it seriously and ignored it as it not related to them.

4. none at above.

In my opinion, what ever we do, we need to think of other people and vice versa. Sad to see where some are react so selfish and semangat setiakawan is not in their thought. I'm not saying am an angel where i always think other people point of view and feelings but then somehow or rather i am a human too.

I need to say although the word may become very harsh to certain people but it really meant for the right thing. But then not all have to deal with that kind of approach. It has to take different kind of method in dealing with different kind of people.

I have been in several situation where almost make me go down and down. But then probably Al Mighty know whats the best for His human and He definitely help me to come up and at the same time i have also need bring me up as indeed.

No one could actually change themselves beside themselves. Although the progress of what i have been through not that rapid increase, but then i can actually see my progress and changes. From a person who is nerdy to the open to anything. I know am capable to do lots of things in my life and i know i can have it.

Sometimes, what we plan, does not mean that we are able to achieve it. But then the journey to achieve does bring you something in your daily or your internal behaviours because you learn lots from the things that you have been through.

God is definitely Al-mighty. He always know what He is up too to us. In fact my friend used to say a good wise word

Alhamdulillah, till now i can still smile, talk, cherish every moment that i had and i will face, work, fun, sad and anything that i can still remember.

Pass away part 2

Early in the morning, i got a sms telling that my aunt passed away at 4.30 am. The message reach at my phone at 5 am.

Its been 2 death in this week and all happen to the person that i knew. Last few days its my friends mom, and today is my aunt. Well, definitely death will follow us no matter how best we try to avoid it. Previously am not keen or really dont even care about death. Kind of freak out of the news but then after several incident happen to me, i keep on askin myself. Have i prepared to die? Am i ready for it? How would i like to be when am dying. Its kind of weird when we think of dying. Of course i would like to have a smooth ceremony or meaning that i can leave this world in peace. But what will happen that during my death and way to the muslim cemetry, i face lots of difficulty.

Everyday, i always pray to Allah Almighty that if i died. I hope that He could make it smooth and from my death, i hope that i would not bring any humiliation to my family or me. I know i have done lots of sins in my past and now, however, i always pray to Him that He can ringankan dosa that i have done cause sincerely i would never ever able to face the punishment di Alam Barzakh and in the judgement Day.

I really love my family especially my mom, dad, my brothers, my other half, my niece and nephew, my uncle and aunt, my friends and anybody that i know and met. As a human, definitely i will do something that may hurt their feeling and i really dont mean to do that.

I hope that when moment anybody knew of my dying, i hope that they could say a prayer to me, recite Al-fatihah, read Yasin Verse for at least once a week and say a good things and fun things about me. I hope Allah almighty can hear my pray and hope that my wish can be comand.

The death is really shocking me but now am ready to face the reality and face the death.

Ampang and Traffic Jam

When i mentioned where i was staying.......one of the favourite word pop up from them is Traffic Jam. Its already synonym and noted by kl people. Now i can consider better cause we do have the AKLEH where its connected straight from my house area to Kuala Lumpur.

Previously i was attached at Great Eastern Mall building and i have to face the traffic jam almost everyday. Normally, from my house to Great Eastern just take only 15 minutes at most. But because of the traffic jam, it can reach to 1 hour or more. Dont care whether morning or after work, the situation happen are almost the same.

The situation can be even worst if its raining. yeah.... its not raining men hallelujah........... Its Raining men...... The hell with ya........ seriously am not joking. Even one time i used to get caught in traffic jam at Jalan Ampang for more then 4 hours.

The picture is the prove and i guess it can be part and parcel of Ampang folks face this traffic jam and definitely Ampang fella will find alternative ways to get out from the traffic jam.

Malaysian Police Traffic

Ever since i been working in KL and always caught in the jam...... one of the thing that i like to do is watch the surroundings. Police traffic is one of the subjects.

Well, i have no issues with them even i do respect their role by keeping the traffic run smooth and believe me, they have done the good job. But what i would like to share or raise my queries is, look at their body conditions, are they fit enough. I notice, most of them have belly and looks like they not really fit enough. Even, some of the new police also starts to have belly. Its really hard to see our policemen with fit body, best features that give the expression our policemen are strong and capable to fight crime.

What if the incident that they need to run and catch the thief or any case that need they energy..... can they do that? humm.......... why this thing make me think is because i went to several countries and i notice that most of their policemen does look good, fit and helpful too. If am not mistaken, they have a fit program for their policemen. If they fail to achieve certain standard, action will be taken.

Can we have the same methods. What say you guys as a Citizen and policemen perhaps.
