Saw this play in London Few years back. To be truth, i have know idea the actual stories about this play. But then, my SO bring me to watched this play last saturday and serious i Fall in Looooove with this play. Smashing i should say from early part till the end.

Teater Muzikal Patung Kertas

Enough said i like the theater and once i got the chance, definitely i will make sure that im around to watch the play......

Teater Muzikal Patung Kertas yang memakan kos RM100 ribu ini akan dipentaskan di Dewan Auditorium Tunku Abdul Rahman, MATIC, Jalan Ampang Kuala Lumpur . Teater muzikal ini mengisahkan tentang dunia pahit, manis, pahit dan kelat sekumpulan manusia yang digelar sebagai patung kertas atau lebih dikenali sebagai “Paper Doll”. Ia bermula dengan perhubungan akrab antara Abang Long (Lakonan Dato’ Jalaludin Hassan) dengan Adik Chu, Kerry, Syam dan ramai lagi. Mereka melakukan kebajikan dalam kumpulan ‘Patung Kertas’ yang mempromosikan primadona hitam putih dalam setiap persembahan mereka.

Pergolakan dunia patung kertas yang penuh dengan suka duka ini bagaimana pun menimbulkan konflik apabila Abang Long yang rapat dengan salah seorang penari baru dari dalam kumpulan tersebut tidak disenangi oleh seseorang. Bukan setakat itu sahaja, perebutan kawasan ‘berniaga’ juga menjadikan suasana tegang dan ada antara golongan patung kertas ini tidak ’sebulu’ malah adegan cabar mencabar berebutkan kawasan juga berlaku.

Di sebalik kekalutan itu, Ebby Yus, seorang pemuda yang berniaga secara kecil-kecilan di siar kaki kawasan ‘perniagaan’ patung kertas ini turut dibabitkan oleh kumpulan terbabit. Kenapa Ebby pula menjadi mangsa? Inilah persoalannya yang akan dirungkaikan.

Teater muzikal ini juga menyingkap bagaimana Adik Chu akhirnya juga mengikuti jejak Abang Long yang ingin berkahwin dengan kekasih lamanya. Apakah kebajikan yang dilakukan oleh patung kertas kepada seorang kanak-kanak yang mengidap kanser?

Teater yang membariskan pelakon terhebat tanahair seperti Dato Jalaluddin Hassan sebagai Abang Long, Adik Chu dilakonkan oleh Along Fariz, sementara pelakon kacak Ashraff Muslim membawakan watak Kerry sementara dibantu oleh Zuhairi Ibrahim, Aishah Atan, Ebby Yus, Syed Wafa, Shajiry dan ramai lagi serta penampilan khas oleh Ika Fancy Group, pasti meruntun perasaan dan jiwa anda bila menontonnya.

Teater muzikal Patung Kertas pasti akan membawa satu kelainan dan memberikan satu perspektif baru kepada peminat-peminat teater.

Virgin......

Am one of the theater fan........ i've watched several play and until now, i still like and enjoy. No matter the event is small play or the big one, i still like it. KLpac is one of the venue that i recently last visit for the "Swimming Instructor".

Love it........

when i saw this posters at KLpac. I should say yes am a Virgin to KLPac and definitely enjoy the play at KLPac.

Swimming Instructor

Went to KLPac to watch theater of Swimming Instructor. I bring one of my good friends syed. He has meeting in KL and at night he is terribly bored stay in the room. So i just gave him a call and he agreed to follow me.

The play is so simple yet meaningful. Its about the person, the relationship, pass history, the family problem issues caused a trauma to child, the stress, the go getter, the dream, the out of closet and the LOVE.

I always like to watch the play. Its entertaining and at the same time it really bring some idea and open up peoples mind with the jokes, stories even the word said inside the play.

The actors and actress did well, although in the Swimming instructor just only 3 person but certainly the stories entertaining for 1 and half hours. I like the play and definitely will go there again to watch the play should they have show again.

The next play i would like to see is "Mens in Tutus". Hehhehehehehe

Wish my other half be with me last nite : )

Sing Dollar

I went to Esplanade to watch play of Sing Dollar and i should say I love it very much. Not to say Malaysian play no good cause Malaysian Theater also do have a similar standard play as well. Really funny and it does bring the impact and message behind it.

Sing Dollar played by non ordinary actor and director. It simply not dissappointed to a person who are non singaporean or never stay in this small developed country more then 1 week.

Thank you My dear SO. I love it so much. hehehehe.

Phantom of the Opera

Enough said i like the Theater, went to Queen Hall to watch Phantom of the Opera Play in London....... Love it and like it soooo much.......

Its really enjoyable cause never had an experience watch English play........ Got a chance to go again?

Puteri Gunung Ledang The Musical

Watch theater Putri Gunung Ledang The Musical at istana Budaya last Sunday with my SO and few others. The play is really good. Although i have watch it from the 2nd season, but still the play is good even better. They add few more plot and set up chang lil bit but really.... amazing.

Its really make my day that day hehehehehe. Thank you my dear.

By the way, Happy Valentines Day especialy to the loves one.........

Theater.....

Talk a bout theater, it remind me of 2 incident...........

First time,
When i was at Uni and my friend bring me to watch play..... Its a Malay act and start from that i totally love it........just watch but not join the play..............

Second time,
I went to another charity play organised by HSBC for Aids Foundation............ Its a mix English and Malay. I really love the play and i still can remember some parts of it. Its basically about the awareness of the Aids and what can we do to make to better in the future. I would like to highlight i about my ex-significant other.......

After the play, there's a Q&A session.......and they asked about government support and the current situation......... My ex did not agree with the answer and get angry...........after that my ex give a sour face to me........ i asked what happen and why?

My ex answer "Kalau tak nak kena aids, jangan jd gay........." i was shock and straight i slam to my ex said "this play is about awareness .......... doesn't involve anything about gay or what........ how do you feel when this thing happen to you...? My ex offend with my answer and get angry with it............. Definitely i pissed off with my ex that nite..........and i still can remember what happen that nite incident........

Please guys, as i said before, think first before say cause if its out you never can take it back..........Be careful with your word my dear..........
