Gossip and Bitching in the Lift.

This is happened when the building has various company in the same building. They will gossip and thinking no one will care what are they gossiping and bitching about. In certain point, i guess its ok for me to listen ( altho im not suppose to) but if you gossip until like other people beh tahan, i believe that one should have one space for gossip.

One space for Gossip. Hummmmm not bad idea.

Nah....... waste of space. Better ignore my un-brilliant idea.

But then talk about Gossip and Bitching. Like i said just now, for fun yes. It can be done once a while. But if you bitching and gossip and talk bad about you colleague/ boss/ officemate/ friends as if you the only one is doing great, i guess better STOP (Stop right now, thank you very much - remind my of spice girls...whahahahahha) . Cause i really hate it and hate it banyak2 ok.

Muka Fail

whahahahahaha That bitchy right my title for today.

Just when i am walking at the side of the road to pay bills, suddenly my eyes caught attention to this uncle ( or shall i say pakcik). His hand is like holding piece of paper and out of sudden he just throw that paper.

After that, he went to the nearest van and comb his hair. With the slumber face ya. I was like

WTF!!!!!!

Straight away i update my fb and said " Pakcik, muka smart macam model pun tak guna kalau buang sampah merata-rata.

Guess what, my friends agreed with me as well.

There 4 type of person that i normally notice.

1. Positive Thinker - Where these person will look on any positive side. In other words, all positive words mingle in their mind; Strong, firm, confidence, smile, go getter, high achiever, success, peace (depends), and bla bla bla.......

2. Negative Thinker - well it definitely the opposite side of positive. All the negative elements always play in their mind; weak, broken, cant do that, cant do this, why why why, nagging, sour face, stress, and short say all the negative words la.......

3. Confuse Thinker - This one definitely cannot decide which one they want to be. Either positive or negative. This one may good in certain part but then hummmm definitely hard to make a decision. But at least this person being realistic. Where they have the capability of see things in a good or bad. but what i afraid is the last person

4. Un-decided - donno what to say lor.....

so which one of you.?

Pemalas......

Let just say everybody has this character or behaviour; Lazy or Malas. so the person who is lazy is called pemalas.

The weird part is there are lot of the behaviour relate to pemalas ........like :

1. Sanggup go around the house searching the tv remote control. ( i did that too)

2. Sanggup sleep with hungry stomach cause lazy to go out. ( pernah la)

3. Sanggup take a long Q for escalator cause dont want use stairs ( like the picture below and above)

4. Sanggup take lift to level 1 cause dont want use stair as well. (this one my officemate selalu buat)

but then its funny tho......... because of lot of technology and facilities has been provided to us....we tend to be so lazy la.

and today, i lazy to do my report. Can my company say lazy to pay my salary too....whahahahahaha mati la like this.........

Toilet:
In UK we dont have to pay to enter the toilet, its still clean, dry, toilet bowl flashy and no bad toilet smell. In Malaysia, we have to pay 30 sen - 50 sen, the toilet not that clean, wet, toilet bowl still got stain and dirty, and the smell like puke non stop for one month.

How?

Driving in UK
Although the road is small but we still can drive in peacefully, no harsh and no need to rushing. In busy town, they still give ways and raised hand say thank you cause give ways to them. In Malaysia, driving like their grand mother road, rush like they need to go washroom and never EVER give ways to others even though enough space for the other car to get in WITH signal is switch on.

How Malaysian?

In UK,they will keep on smiling, say hello, good day, and have a pleasant day. We sure feel good one. In Malaysia hard to see they smile, give instruction like want to eat us, show direction with mouth and arrogant.

Malaysian style like that ah?
Think about it.

Towel and hair dryer.

Ever since i notice the function of towel, i always like it. Mom always prepared it with the soft texture, water absorb very well and smells good. I always like it when its clean and smells good, but then this story is not about my towel, but its about towel condition i saw last night.

I dont know why, but there's some people can actually dare to wear the towel yang dah koyak kat tepi and at the same time nipis plak. Come on mate........ you can actually pay few hundred to be a fitness membership, but you dont really have MONEY to buy a good quality towel where you can get it in just RM 20.

I never like to judge people cause its never a good thing, but then you are using that towel in a public area and you can actually show that towel condition in a public.

Then some other people, can actually miss use the power of hair dryer to dry their towel. Aduih........ ingatkan makin masa depan kita pergi makin bijak kita buat penilaian..... masih takde ape2 kesan ade la.............

This is not what i call talk back or cakap belakang from the direct translation; but this is simply a something that you can see out as a common sense. Am not a good person as well and am not a perfect person. Indeed i try not to hurt other people or create something that i dont like and either to the other people.

morale of the story;

1. Bring a GOOD Condition of the towel to a public area.

2. Hair Dryer is not to dry your body or bath towel; its for your hair.

3. You can pay over hundred for a membership, you also can buy a good towel with cost just RM 20.

You can do better than that mate.

Zebra Cross

Dear Pedestrian and Local Authority

I know some of the place, i can see Zebra Cross and the zebra cross line is for the pedestrian to walk across the main road for the engine vehicle. Zebra cross is widely use all over the world. Please use the zebra cross or if no zebra cross, please use FLYOVER.

There's a reason why flyover been build; "TO CROSS THE ROAD SAFELY and NOT DISTURB TO THE CAR WHO USE THAT ROAD".

Local authority, please make sure the facilities been build strong and not damage by vandalism. and for the people who is stubborn and want to cross the road without using the zebra cross or flyover, can you please give a punishment and social work.

Really annoying for whom that don't know how to used the facilities correctly and still use the short cuts and risk their life and disturb the road cause of this stubborn people.

Watermelon report

Something new that i learn from my SO regards on the report is the Watermelon Report. Meaning of this watermelon report is looks great on the report but the actual is not really good as it report. Like some of the people, they only would like to show only good thing and at the same time hide the bad and worst one.

Macam this case. I always dont understand why they need to be like this. They should actually highlight this matter to avoid any problem occurs in the future. Report should mentioned the reality but in professional way.

So what should you do if things like this happen?

Split Personality

Got called from my old friend and we catch up old stories bout our life. Its quite sometime i didnt meet him; then after few minutes we chat, he start his stories. The bad experience that he had for about 7- 8 months. The experience that he face with the split personality gurl.

Because of this, he been traumatised and really freak out for the relationship. I still remember that i also face the same situation during my uni. I have attached with this gurl and so happen that she is the one with the split personality. Until now, it really freak me out.

Its really weird where they can change from a loving caring fella to a extreme, jealous, fierce and capable to do lots of thing that can even hurt of their body and life. They can event simply cuts their body part just to make sure that their partner follow what they want.

Try to commit suicide is one of the extremist things that they always want to do. Just dont get it why they did that and definitely dont want to face the same situation happen again in my life. hummmmmm

I guess the word really shows the true meaning. Now, thats what happen in my dept. Due to our VP has been transferred to othe rplaces, most of us has no motivation and no mood to work.

3rd Party Interference

In certain situation, other person point of view is highly appreciated cause we might slip thought in the midst of preparation or discussion. They will give the better idea and we can used it to make things smooth and runs well for the program or project that we are dealing in. But then what really not my preference is when someone who is not related to the our job or task force, interfere and cause dissatisfaction to the person in charged.

In this case i can defined them as Attention seeker and want to be HERO and shown that THEY can do other peoples job better. At the same time, they have their own things job need to do and does not show any result impressively.

In my office where so called "Office Drama"involve with acting and drama script... lots of actor and actress take participation and so happen my EX boss still interfere. Well, known already in our whole building that my beloved EX Boss always like to touch other people stuff and not just so called take noted but also want take control la.....

As i know that since i work under my SUPER EX Bos, i just act nothing happen; but definitely cause lesser respect to others of what he has done. There are lots of gossip flown in there air and certainly not a good news. Plus with the old gossip came from his previous company certainly may cause problem to him in there future.

Well, what can we learn from this is.......
1. We need to respect other people role and share and co-operate is the best when we work in BIG organisation
2. Interfere with hidden interest certainly is not suppose to happen.
3. Please be nice and work closely with other cause we are not alone mate.
4. What we have seen and learn from here, please dont do this to other people.

You know.... Malaysian has a habit that hard to say thank you. Its really easy but hard to hear people say "thank you", and what about smile.... hummmm i guess the same case also with saying thank you.

By saying thank you, basically you already make other people's feel good of what they have done without you notice. Its really a bring impact to you and also to them too......It is a nice thing and we should start to applied it. Dont bother to other person who dont want to start, but if you start, you actually can make a change to others. Then they will do the same thing.

We been label as "Penuh dengan Budi Pekerti". Dunno how to explain in English but something like we are generous with manners but then different reaction applied in real life. So does it mean that we are generous or selective with manners.

Let see in you first then see others.

Not suitable attire at the not suitable place and time

Went to Bora Ombak for Iftar with my office mate, and as usual am having my own sweet time looking the food and enjoy the moment as well.

Then just about iftar going to start, Azan call been announce and everybody start to have their meal for breakfasting. My eyes head straight to the Azan caller and it was a guy( as normal practice) but the not so suitable is that fella wear necklace.

Known to the rules in islam where Men dont wear any accessories similar to women, and in a modern world looks like men do wear necklace, ear ring, whist band and many more. Well i did the same thing but wear necklace and at the same time be a Azan caller? Is that the suitable attire and in a suitable time.

Makes me wonder.

cupcakes

Don't you just love cupcakes............. its small, sweet, cute, bubbly, lovely and not waste. But then not for me cause am not a fan of cupcakes cause its TOO SWEET...........

To me, its really easily to handle the cupcakes rather then one whole cake. You just estimate how many your guess and you just can easily give one by one...... even other people want to have it more... you just give it. Unlike the whole cake.......you need to cut, uneven, messy and if some of your guess dont like your cake, it will be such a waste.

hummmm, talk bout it..... this can be applied in our life.... love to share more what do i think about cupcakes and my thought but not now... may be later......

Boss i used to work.

Ever since i start my work, i been through several or many type of boss. Some where good one and some not as good as i expected. The one i have experience :

1. The boss who like to follow the rules - what ever he or she do, everything must be based on rules, let say its against the rules, they cant accept it and insist to follow the line given.
2. The good one- this one they give clear direction, assist should i do have problem, tell me what have i done wrong and guide me what is right and what is not right.
3. The not good one falls in many category such as dont know what direction to give, last minutes project boss, dont want to hear any other opinion except himself, the kiss ass big boss, the nagging boss, the showee boss, the one who they think he/she is always right, the manipulator, and the silence.

The bos who just only knew or focus on report, basically they unable to see what direction should they took. Maybe i presume they just can see the result and not knowing the juice of the project lies on the starting point. Its will not work very effectively if you just do in a last minutes work.

Since my mom always like to nagging, i not really preferred to a people who like to nagging and lost of direction cause they talk to much should i say "Play around the bushes". I have experience from a boss who like to nag. Its like he want to give direction a straight line, but then his explanation goes around and around and at the end of the day, he himself forget what he want to say.

Im a flexible person and i know what is my strength. however, my flexibility has its limits and i will always accommodate it based on current situation. To me, a good leader, they will always know where they should be and they know what is their target to achieve.

So, what leadership you like to work with?

The name that some like it, some dont like it. Some make it as their hobby or habit, some make it like their leisure things and can have fun..... and others dont do that cause its not a good things to do.

On my way to office, from radio, DJ gossip about a female artist wear a undergarment and can be seen by the people around her. This been publish on a radio and whole Malaysia can hear this. I actually dont like it and its really such a waste. I guess you can have gossip but please have a quality gossip.......

I dont know bout others and maybe i already in a midst of early 30 thinking but the more i see it, i should say the undergarment see is not a good gossip one. What do you think mate?

Friendship

When i saw this words, somehow or rather it bring lot of meaning. Let me explain how?

1. With friendship we can get help in a time we need in term of financial, morale support, things, share and anything.
2. With friendship we can share our thought and get the advice from them.
3. With friendship we can get info that we really hard to get. For example, we can used our friends help to get in (if he get connection) to make our works goes smooth.
4. Many things we can get from friendship.

But why
1. Use in a name of friendship if you just being hypocrite
2. Why friends will appear when you having a problem, not when you in a happy moment. Why cant you bring them along when you HAPPY with your partner.

seriously why ah?

More to express but don't know how to say it. Its really pathetic. Its really just not in my dictionary.

Zebra Cross

Everybody know that Zebra Cross meant for pedestrian to cross busy road or any road. As a Driver or motorcyclist need to be precaution and give ways to them to cross the road.

Give ways, courtesy, manners on the road is suppose to apply of every each driver.... unfortunately not in Malaysia. They simply ignore the pedestrian and they just went straight without think their action could kill the new potential leader.

They simply press the Gas pedal so that they could get their chance. I had that experience and as a humble pedestrian, we give the way to them not the other way around........ we understand who we are....... : ( . Ya la.... if not we die frog on the road what.

But then, its different to people in Developed Country. They Give ways to the pedestrian to across the road even the road was meant to them to pass through. When my second trip to Singapore, i took a ride by bus and they stop at one terminal. I have to cross the road via Zebra Cross to get at MRT station. Since its a busy road. i Just stop by to see there no car passing by. Suddenly i saw one car came in and they stop. I just being menace give way to them. But then they insist for me to across....

Impressed me so much cause they still insist for me to cross........ even i said they should go. This incident happened also in London. Makes me wonder.... when can we be at their par on manners on the Road?

Think bout it babe. Can we be like them?
