250

The number that i always like. Its can consider a quarter, can consider half of the half, and its unique. My article and opinion has reach to 250 article and i really love it every minutes, second and always cherish every moment when i type it up in my blog.

Alhamdullillah, my opinion still stand and i will always share what do i think and at the same time it helps to remind me of who i am, where i have been, where have i gone through, my history, my future, my presence, my sad, my joy, my love, everything came from me.

I will always be me.

cupcakes

Don't you just love cupcakes............. its small, sweet, cute, bubbly, lovely and not waste. But then not for me cause am not a fan of cupcakes cause its TOO SWEET...........

To me, its really easily to handle the cupcakes rather then one whole cake. You just estimate how many your guess and you just can easily give one by one...... even other people want to have it more... you just give it. Unlike the whole cake.......you need to cut, uneven, messy and if some of your guess dont like your cake, it will be such a waste.

hummmm, talk bout it..... this can be applied in our life.... love to share more what do i think about cupcakes and my thought but not now... may be later......

Not suitable shirt at event

My mom and Dad always very particular with the way their children dressing. To them, the way we dress does represent you yourself. Last Friday during friday prayer i say one person really wear un appropriate dress in masjid.

Not to make a judgement or create a havoc but then it really show how ignore this person wear a shirt. I have took the picture but rather not show here to avoid any problem on sensitivity. Same goes for some people wear pyjamas go out at night. Simply said its comfortable. Owh please mate....... you can wear other things that can make you comfortable but then please dont wear pyjamas or caftan and go outside..... really UGLY.

And guess what, my office mate wear that and bring it to office.

Boss i used to work.

Ever since i start my work, i been through several or many type of boss. Some where good one and some not as good as i expected. The one i have experience :

1. The boss who like to follow the rules - what ever he or she do, everything must be based on rules, let say its against the rules, they cant accept it and insist to follow the line given.
2. The good one- this one they give clear direction, assist should i do have problem, tell me what have i done wrong and guide me what is right and what is not right.
3. The not good one falls in many category such as dont know what direction to give, last minutes project boss, dont want to hear any other opinion except himself, the kiss ass big boss, the nagging boss, the showee boss, the one who they think he/she is always right, the manipulator, and the silence.

The bos who just only knew or focus on report, basically they unable to see what direction should they took. Maybe i presume they just can see the result and not knowing the juice of the project lies on the starting point. Its will not work very effectively if you just do in a last minutes work.

Since my mom always like to nagging, i not really preferred to a people who like to nagging and lost of direction cause they talk to much should i say "Play around the bushes". I have experience from a boss who like to nag. Its like he want to give direction a straight line, but then his explanation goes around and around and at the end of the day, he himself forget what he want to say.

Im a flexible person and i know what is my strength. however, my flexibility has its limits and i will always accommodate it based on current situation. To me, a good leader, they will always know where they should be and they know what is their target to achieve.

Gossip.....

something like this.......no la....

The name that some like it, some dont like it. Some make it as their hobby or habit, some make it like their leisure things and can have fun..... and others dont do that cause its not a good things to do.

On my way to office, from radio, DJ gossip about a female artist wear a undergarment and can be seen by the people around her. This been publish on a radio and whole Malaysia can hear this. I actually dont like it and its really such a waste. I guess you can have gossip but please have a quality gossip.......

I dont know bout others and maybe i already in a midst of early 30 thinking but the more i see it, i should say the undergarment see is not a good gossip one. What do you think mate?
